Waivers
- All participants AND observers must have a signed digital waiver on file — this includes parents who are just watching
- Waivers are valid for 365 days from the date of signing
- Under-18s require a parent or legal guardian signature
- A waiver reminder link is sent 3 days before the party
- Guests CAN sign waivers at the venue on arrival, but this significantly slows down check-in
- We strongly encourage all guests to complete waivers in advance
Dress Code — What to Wear
Recommended
- Athletic wear or comfortable clothing that allows free movement
- Fitted clothing (nothing loose or dangling)
- Hair tied back for long hair
- T-shirts, shorts, leggings, athletic pants
Not permitted on the jump floor
- Jewelry (necklaces, bracelets, dangling earrings, rings)
- Belts with metal buckles
- Clothing with exposed zippers, buttons, or hardware that could catch
- Hard-soled shoes (jump socks required on the floor)
Jeans are OK, but athletic wear is recommended.
What to tell guests on invitations
"Wear comfortable clothes you can move in — think gym clothes, not jeans. Leave the jewelry at home. You'll need grip socks to jump (available at the park, or bring your own from another trampoline park)."
Jump Socks
- Required for all jumpers on the jump floor
- Available for purchase at the park
- Guests may bring their own grip socks from other trampoline parks
- Jump socks are NOT included in any party package — they are purchased separately
- Non-jumping observers do not need jump socks
Age Requirements
- No strict minimum age — if they can walk, they can jump
- Children under 6 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the jump floor at all times
- Very young children (under 3) may find the experience overwhelming — parents should use their judgment
- No upper age limit — adults are welcome and encouraged to jump
During private party jump times, the party group shares the floor together. Staff will monitor and may separate by size/age if there's a safety concern.
Adults & Observers
Adults who jump
- Adults are welcome and encouraged to jump
- Adults who jump count as guests and are included in the guest count / per-person cost
- There is no separate adult pricing for parties — all extra guests are $20/person regardless of age
Non-jumping observers (parents, grandparents, spectators)
- Observers do NOT count toward the guest count
- Observers do NOT pay — there is no admission fee or observer fee
- Observers CAN be in the party room for the full duration
- Observers CAN watch from designated spectator areas near the jump floor
- Observers still need a signed waiver on file (venue liability requirement)
- Observers do not need jump socks
Large parties with many observers
Party rooms seat 20–30 people. If your jumper count plus observers will exceed 30, let us know when you book and we'll arrange extra seating nearby.
Guests with Casts, Braces, or Injuries
- Guests with casts, splints, or hard braces are not permitted on the jump floor for safety reasons
- They are welcome in the party room and spectator areas at no charge
- Guests with soft braces or wraps should check with staff on arrival
Jump Floor Safety Rules
- One jumper per trampoline section at a time
- No double bouncing (intentionally bouncing another person)
- No flips unless in designated areas and with staff approval
- No jumping off walls or structures
- No food, drink, or gum on the jump floor
- No phones or cameras on the jump floor (spectators can take photos/video from observation areas)
- Staff reserve the right to remove anyone not following safety rules
Accessibility
Apex does its best to accommodate all guests. For specific accessibility needs (wheelchair access, mobility accommodations, sensory considerations), contact the venue when booking so accommodations can be arranged.
For sensory sensitivities, off-peak times (weekday parties, early morning slots) tend to be quieter and less stimulating.
Observers with mobility needs are always welcome in the party room and spectator areas at no charge.
