Open Jump Sessions
What Open Jump sessions do you offer?
We have three session lengths: 60 minutes, 90 minutes, and 120 minutes. All sessions take place in our Trampoline Area.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is per person:
- 60 Min Open Jump: $18 for adults (over 16) / $15 for children (16 & under)
- 90 Min Open Jump: $22 for adults / $17 for children
- 120 Min Open Jump: $25 for adults / $19 for children
Prices are before tax. A 10% tax is added at checkout.
What's the difference between adult and child pricing?
Adults are anyone over 16. Children are 16 and under. Both jump in the same Trampoline Area — the pricing tiers just reflect age.
How do I book a session?
Text APEX to our number and our booking assistant will help you pick a date, time, and session length. No app, no forms — just text.
Can I walk in without booking?
We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your spot, especially on weekends. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
How many people can jump at once?
Our Trampoline Area holds up to 100 jumpers per session.
What are your hours?
- Monday – Friday: 3pm – 9pm
- Saturday – Sunday: 10am – 9pm
Do I need to bring anything?
Jump socks are required for all jumpers — they're available for purchase at the park if you don't have them. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
Can I wear my own socks?
Jump socks must have grip on the bottom. If yours don't, we have approved socks available at the front desk.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your session to check in, sign the waiver, and get your socks sorted.
Is there a waiver I need to sign?
Yes, all guests must sign a digital waiver before jumping. The waiver is valid for 365 days once signed — you won't need to sign again on future visits within that period. Guests under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign on their behalf.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
To reschedule or cancel, text us with your booking reference and we'll take care of it. Policies may vary — our team will walk you through the options.
What is my booking reference?
Your booking reference is a number you'll receive when your booking is confirmed. Keep it handy in case you need to make changes or check your reservation.
Memberships
What membership options do you have?
We offer two membership plans:
- All-Access Monthly — $49/month. Unlimited sessions, priority entry on weekends, and 10% off gear.
- Family Plan — $89/month. Up to 4 members on one plan, everyone gets unlimited access.
How do I sign up for a membership?
Text MEMBER to our number to get started, or visit the park and our front desk team can set you up on the spot.
Do members need to book in advance?
Members get priority entry and can generally jump whenever we're open, but we still recommend checking availability on busy days to avoid wait times.
Can I add my kids to my membership?
Yes — the Family Plan covers up to 4 people, including kids. It's our best value option for families.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Contact us directly and our team will walk you through the cancellation process.
Is there a contract or commitment?
Our memberships are monthly — no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time.
