Packages & Pricing

How many guests are included in the base price?

All three packages cover 10 guests. Additional guests are $20/person with no maximum.

Does the birthday child count as one of the 10 guests?

Yes — the birthday kid is included in the guest count.

What's the difference between Basic and Super?

The biggest difference is how your time is structured, not just what's included. With Basic, everyone jumps for the first hour, then moves to the party room for the second hour — it's sequential. With Super (and Ultimate), the jump floor and party room are both yours at the same time for the full duration. Kids can bounce back and forth on their own schedule. Super also includes 2 pizzas and a birthday t-shirt.

What does Ultimate get me over Super?

Ultimate adds a birthday sheet cake (Vanilla, Chocolate, or Funfetti) and an extra hour in the party room — so your total party is 3 hours instead of 2. That extra hour is perfect for doing cake, presents, and just hanging out without feeling rushed.

Can I upgrade my package after booking?

Yes — upgrades can be done up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability. We recommend booking the bigger package upfront and downgrading if needed, since upgrades aren't guaranteed.

Is there a minimum number of guests?

The base package covers 10 guests. That's the minimum — you're paying for 10 whether 8 show up or all 10.

Is there a maximum number of guests?

No cap on additional guests. The party room seats 20–30, so for very large parties (30+), let us know and we'll figure out the best setup.

Are prices before tax?

Yes — all prices are before 10% tax.

Can I book a party package for something other than a birthday?

Absolutely — the packages work for any celebration. Team parties, end-of-season events, school groups, family reunions, whatever. The pricing and inclusions are the same.

Food & Drink

What food comes with each package?

Basic has no food included but you can add pizza and snacks à la carte. Super includes 2 pizzas. Ultimate includes 2 pizzas plus a birthday sheet cake.

Can I order more pizza beyond what's included?

Yes — let us know when you book or up to 48 hours before the party and we'll add it.

Can I bring my own cake?

Yes, on any package. Even if your package includes a cake (Ultimate), you're welcome to bring your own instead or in addition. Homemade, store-bought, whatever you want.

Can I bring other food?

Birthday treats like cake, cupcakes, and cookies are always welcome on any package. For Basic, you can bring outside food alongside our menu. For Super and Ultimate, outside food isn't permitted — treats and allergy-safe food are the exceptions. Allergy-safe food is always allowed on any package.

Can I bring drinks?

Sealed water bottles are OK on any package. All other outside beverages must be purchased at the park.

Can I bring alcohol?

No — Apex is a family-friendly facility and alcohol is not permitted on the premises under any circumstances.

Is there a fridge or freezer for ice cream cake?

No — we don't have fridge or freezer access for parties. If you're bringing ice cream cake or anything perishable, bring a cooler with ice.

Are drinks included?

Drinks are not currently included in any party package. Water and soft drinks are available for purchase at the park.

Allergies & Dietary Needs

Are there options for food allergies?

We take allergies seriously. Let us know about any allergies when you book and we'll work with you. We can provide ingredient lists for everything on our menu. For severe allergies, we recommend bringing your own safe food — outside food for allergy reasons is always allowed, no matter the package.

Is the kitchen nut-free / gluten-free / allergen-free?

Our kitchen is NOT a dedicated allergen-free facility, so we can't guarantee against cross-contact. For guests with severe allergies, bringing their own food is the safest option and is always permitted.

Can I bring allergy-safe food for my child even if outside food isn't normally allowed?

Yes — always. Regardless of the outside food policy for your package, guests with food allergies can always bring their own safe food.

Do you have gluten-free pizza or cake options?

We don't currently have gluten-free pizza crust or cake options. Guests who need gluten-free options should bring their own — BYO is always welcome.

Party Room & Setup

What's the party room like?

Private room, exclusive to your group, with tables, chairs, and basic supplies (plates, cups, napkins, utensils). Rooms seat 20–30 people.

Can I request a specific room?

Rooms are assigned based on availability. We can't guarantee a specific room, but all rooms are private and set up the same way.

Can I decorate the room?

Yes! Balloons (with weights), tablecloths, banners, and themed supplies are all welcome. No tape or tacks on the walls (wall putty only), and no glitter or micro-confetti. Hand your decorations to the party host at check-in and they'll set everything up.

Does the room have music or speakers?

Rooms don't have a built-in sound system. You're welcome to bring a small Bluetooth speaker for background music — just keep it at a reasonable volume.

Do I need to come early to set up?

No — hand your decorations and supplies to the party host when you arrive (15 minutes before start time). They handle all the setup.

Do I need to clean up after?

No — the party host handles all cleanup. You just collect your gifts, leftover cake, and personal items.

Booking & Payment

How do I book a party?

Text PARTY to (979) 243-6848. Our party planner will walk you through packages, check availability, and get you booked — all over text.

What's the deposit?

20% of your total party cost, due at booking by credit or debit card. The remaining balance is due before or at the event.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit or debit card for the deposit. Remaining balance can be paid by card or cash at the venue.

How far in advance can I book?

Up to 18 months in advance. Weekend dates fill fast, so the earlier the better — 3–4 weeks out minimum for weekends.

Can I book a party for this weekend?

Party bookings require a minimum of 72 hours notice. Same-week bookings that fall within that window are possible if there's availability — text PARTY and we'll check for you. Food add-ons and special requests may be limited on short notice.

What's the cancellation policy?

Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before the event. 7–13 days out, your deposit becomes an Apex gift card. Less than 7 days, the deposit is forfeited.

Can I reschedule?

Yes — free rescheduling with 7+ days notice, subject to availability. Less than 7 days notice carries a $50 rescheduling fee.

Can I change my guest count after booking?

Yes — add or reduce guests up to 48 hours before the event. The base price covers 10 guests minimum. Day-of additions are possible but not guaranteed.

Safety & Logistics

Do guests need to sign a waiver?

Yes — every person entering the facility (jumpers AND observers) needs a signed digital waiver. It's valid for 365 days. Under-18s need a parent or legal guardian to sign. You'll get a link 3 days before the party — share it with your guests.

What should guests wear?

Comfortable, athletic-type clothing. No jewelry, no belts with metal buckles, nothing loose or dangling. Hair tied back. Leave the jeans at home if you can — gym clothes are ideal.

Do I need special socks?

Yes — grip/jump socks are required for everyone on the jump floor. Available for purchase at the park, or bring your own from another trampoline park.

Are jump socks included in the party price?

No — jump socks are purchased separately at the park.

What time should guests arrive?

15 minutes before the scheduled party start time. This gives time for check-in, waiver verification, wristbands, and socks.

What happens if guests arrive late?

The party starts at the scheduled time regardless of when guests arrive. We can't extend the party for late arrivals, so make sure your guests know to arrive 15 minutes early.

Can adults jump?

Absolutely. Adults are welcome on the jump floor. Any adult who jumps counts toward the guest count and the per-person cost.

Do parents who are just watching have to pay?

No. Non-jumping observers (parents, grandparents, etc.) don't pay and don't count toward the guest count. They can hang out in the party room or watch from the spectator area. They do still need a signed waiver, though.

Is there an age minimum to jump?

No strict minimum — if they can walk, they can jump. Kids under 6 should have a parent or guardian on the jump floor with them. Very young children (under 3) might find it overwhelming, so use your best judgment.

Can guests with casts or braces jump?

Guests with casts, splints, or hard braces can't jump for safety reasons, but they're welcome in the party room and spectator areas at no charge.

Is the party private? Will there be other people jumping?

Your party room is completely private. The jump floor may be shared with general public jumpers during your party time — your group doesn't get exclusive access to the trampolines unless you arrange a full venue buyout. Party wristbands identify your guests.

Gifts & Activities

Is there time to open presents?

That's up to you. For Basic, the room time is 1 hour, so it can be tight with food + presents. Super gives you 2 hours of concurrent time — doable if gifts are kept brief. Ultimate is best for gift opening since you have that extra room hour after jumping ends. Many parents choose to take gifts home and open them later.

Can we do games or activities in the party room?

The room is yours — do whatever you'd like. Some families do games, some do crafts, some just eat and chat. The jump floor IS the main activity, so most kids are eager to get back out there between bites.

Do you provide invitations?

We don't currently provide physical or digital invitations, but we'll give you all the details you need to create your own — time, address, what to wear, waiver link, arrival time.

Member Benefits

Is there a member discount on parties?

Yes — All-Access Monthly and Family Plan members receive a discount on party packages. Mention your membership when you text PARTY.

Do members jump free at parties?

No — members who want to jump at a party must be included in the guest count like any other guest. Membership does not provide free party admission.

Corporate & Large Group Events

Do you do corporate events or large groups?

Yes — we can accommodate larger groups and corporate events. Text PARTY and let us know what you're planning. For events with special requirements (AV, custom catering, branding), our events team will work with you on a custom setup.

Can I bring a face painter, magician, or DJ?

Third-party vendors may be accommodated with advance notice. Let us know when you book and our events team will confirm what's possible and any requirements.
