What Apex Can Do
- Label all food served — ingredient lists available on request for every menu item
- Provide allergen information for pizzas, cake, and all add-on items
- Accommodate common allergens by suggesting appropriate menu choices
- Allow outside food for guests with allergies — pre-packaged, individually wrapped allergy-safe items are always permitted on any package, regardless of the outside food policy
- Serve and cut BYO cakes alongside or instead of the included cake, at no charge
- Note allergies on the booking so the party host and kitchen are aware
What Apex Cannot Guarantee
The venue kitchen is NOT a dedicated allergen-free facility. Cross-contact with common allergens (nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy) is possible.
Apex cannot guarantee a nut-free, gluten-free, or dairy-free environment.
For guests with severe allergies (anaphylaxis risk), Apex recommends the family:
- Bring their own safe food
- Carry their own EpiPen / medication
- Inform the party host on arrival about the allergy and where the medication is located
Cake Alternatives
- Guests with allergies to the included Ultimate-package cake may bring their own allergen-safe cake or cupcakes at no charge on any package
- The venue will serve and cut BYO cakes just like included cakes
- If the Ultimate customer wants to skip the included cake entirely and bring their own, that's fine — no price adjustment

Non-Food Allergy Considerations
Latex: Guests with latex allergies should use mylar balloons instead of latex for decorations.
Sensory sensitivities: The jump floor can be loud and stimulating. Off-peak times (weekday parties, early morning slots) tend to be quieter and less stimulating.
